Both Rhodes & DiBiase were unfortunate enough to find out what it feels like to get hit with Triple H’s sledgehammer first hand, but Orton’s “Legacy” survived Raw and escaped the chase of The Game.

Ted Dibiase, the father of Ted Dibiase Jr. is promoting the brand new WWE Legends of Wrestlemania Video game, in a recent interview he mentioned his son. He told IGN.com that he was disappointed that Ted Jr. wasn’t a main character in the Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 game (Ted is only a downloadable character in the game), as characters from the SvR game can be imported into the new Legends of Wrestlemania game, meaning that they will not be able to create a match between Ted and his father. Ted Sr. also mentions that he misses wrestling when he watches his son and other young wrestlers, and wished that he could help them progress.

- Backstage Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase leave Orton’s locker room, they look around for Triple H, he’s not there, Orton follows them out, he has a sledgehammer in hand.

- Randy Orton makes his way to the ring, sledgehammer in hand, with Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase. Orton says he’s been waiting all night for Triple H, so he may as well wait in the ring. Orton says he is not to blame, the McMahon’s have been sticking their noses in his business, he says weeks ago, Vince insulted his family and was about to fire him, he lost control and kicked him in the head, he reminds us he has IED. He says Shane then got involved and continually wanted to fight him, Shane pushed and pushed until Orton pushed back. And Orton put him in a hospital bead next to his father. Then we have Stephanie, who got in his face a few weeks back and slapped him, she then got involved again last week, and instinct took over. He yells at the fans saying they have no idea what he goes through and what he has to deal with. He says he hopes Triple H’s kids were watching last week, so they could learn from their mother’s mistakes. Triple H appears on the tron, he’s arrived at the arena and on his way to the ring with a sledgehammer, Trips slowly makes his way to the ring, Orton gets on the mic and suggests they both lose the sledgehammers and settle this like men. Orton drops his hammer, Triple H then drops his, Trips gets in the ring, Legacy slowly close in on him, Trips then produces a second hammer from behind him, DiBiase and Orton run, Rhodes gets hit by Triple H. Hunter chances Orton & DiBiase to the back, Orton & DiBiase barricade themselves in a room, Trips uses his sledgehammer to smash the door in, inside the room Trips catches DiBiase in the back of the head with the hammer, now there’s just Orton, Hunter swings for Orton but he moves and Trips sends the hammer into a huge mirror, Orton & DiBiase run again, with Trips soon following them, they escape to outside the arena and into a car, Triple H smashes one of the car windows with the hammer, the car speeds off with Legacy inside, Trips throws the sledgehammer at the car. Triple H is enraged as Raw goes off the air…

Not only have Rhodes & DiBiase been victorious in the ring as of late, but the duo have proven to be indispensible to Randy Orton on several occasions, including his fight with Shane McMahon on Raw.

Cryme Tyme and CM Punk versus William Regal, Cody Rhodes, and Ted DiBiase

Rhodes and Punk start things off and lock up. Punk with an arm bar but Rhodes reverses. Rhodes pushes Punk and Punk pushes back. Rhodes slaps Punk and Punk kicks Rhodes and then hits the Go to Sleep. Rhodes is pulled out of the ring by DiBiase as we go to commercial.

We are back and Punk kicks DiBiase and then he kicks Regal on the apron. DiBiase attacks Punk from behind and Regal and DiBiase work over Punk. DiBiase with punches to Punk and Regal is tagged in. Regal with a kick and knees to the head followed by a punch and near fall. Regal with an arm bar and crossface. Punk with a kick to Regal but Regal with a punch and Cody is tagged back in. Rhodes with kicks and punches to Punk and then he gets a near fall. Rhodes with a slam and then he hits a Ric Flair rolling knee drop for a near fall. DiBiase tags in while Rhodes pulls Punk into their corner. DiBiase with knees to the head while he has Punk in a cravate. DiBiase with a snap mare and kick to the head for a near fall. Rhodes tags back in and he punches and kicks Punk. Punk with an enzuigiri and DiBiase and JTG tag in. JTG with a clothesline and a flying shoulder tackle. JTG knocks Regal off the apron and then he gets a near fall but decides to go after Rhodes. Shad and Regal fight. Rhodes with a reverse atomic drop followed by a Cobra Clutch Slam for the three count. Winners: Ted DiBiase, Cody Rhodes, and William Regal

Randy Orton versus Shane McMahon with Shane-O Shuffle in an Unsanctioned Fight

Shane goes up top and he sets for the Van Shane-O-Nator but DiBiase and Rhodes come out.

DiBiase and Rhodes pummel McMahon and Rhodes hits the Roll the Dice. Orton crawls over to Shane and then he stands over Shane. Orton has that IED look in his eyes and it is time to try out for the Seahawks and he connects from about 45.

Stephanie comes to the ring and she checks on her brother. The medical staff comes out as well to check on Shane. Orton stands over Shane and then Stephanie gets in his face and Orton hits the RKO.

The Legacy stand in the ring and Triple H comes out to check on the missus. Hunter looks at The Legacy and he is not very happy with what Orton has done.
