Lilian Garcia introduces Shane McMahon. We are shown the footage from last week’s Raw which saw Shane return and attack Randy Orton for punting Mr. McMahon in the head. Shane says after last week’s show he was approached by Orton’s lawyers, but he was surprised what they said; they told Shane Orton has requested a match between the two at No Way Out. So it’s official, and the match will be No Holds Barred! Shane also says after Orton threatened to stop WrestleMania from taking place, he will do everything he can to ensure Orton cannot physically compete at Mania. Orton comes to the stage, he says many are wondering how Shane managed to beat up the “three top superstars in the WWE” but Orton says he didn’t, he says when he saw Shane approaching the ring he made the decision not to fight back and told Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase not to fight back either, he says he did this because he knows if he had fought back, the entire Raw roster would have attacked Legacy. He says at No Way Out he can do what he wants to Shane, he tells Shane to reserve a hospital bed next to his father. Orton then slowly walks to the ring and teases getting in, Rhodes and DiBiase appeared behind Shane but McMahon produced a kendo stick from nowhere and fought all 3 off!
Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase vs. Cryme Tyme
Started off a good match with both teams getting offence but unfortunately ends in DQ. After the match Rhodes and DiBiase beat down Shad and finish him off with a double team elevated DDT maneuver.
Backstage Shane and Stephanie are walking down a corridor talking, Shane is ambushed by Legacy, Shane falls into Steph and she slams into the wall, Legacy beat down Shane and some security that come to help, Orton sizes Shane up for the Punt kick but stops himself at the last minute, he changes his focus to Stephanie, he runs to deliver the kick to her but Shane throws himself in the way of Orton’s boot to protect his sister. Road Agents finally come and calm Orton down, he appears to suffering from his IED again, as he looks shocked with himself after the attack. Stephanie checks on Shane.
