If there is one advantage that may factor most prominently in Randy Orton’s attempt to win the WWE Championship from Triple H at WrestleMania, it may be having his “Legacy” cohorts by his side.

As Umaga is favoring his knee, The Legacy surround the ring. They come flying in and HHH tries to fight them off. HHH takes down Randy Orton, but they gang up on him again. Outside now, The Legacy is getting beat up left and right by HHH. HHH tackles Orton over the announce table, but the other members attack him. Back in the ring now, the assault continues with a chop block to HHH’s knee by Cody Rhodes. HHH spears Orton, and Rhodes and Dibiase pound him down. HHH is still trying to fight them off, but he is trapped in the corner. A stomp fest begins, HHH can’t do anything. Orton starts punching HHH in the head as Rhodes and Dibiase look on. More stomping from the group. Orton tells them to pick HHH up. Orton keeps kicking HHH in the head and ordering them to pick him back up. Orton kicks HHH again. HHH is trying to get up, as Orton tells Rhodes and Dibiase to leave the ring. Orton kneels over HHH’s fallen body, stands back up, walks away and turns to look at HHH. Orton leaves the ring and stares down HHH as the show closes.

Orton’s Decision

Randy Orton makes his way to the ring with Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase, lawyers and armed security. He will announce who he will face at WrestleMania tonight. In the ring, Orton says he won the Royal Rumble match and therefore is guaranteed a championship match at WrestleMania. Orton says he is challenging the winner of tonight’s Edge-Cena World Championship match, Orton says he’s sure many thought he was going to challenge Triple H for his WWE Championship, but Triple H isn’t going to WrestleMania, he’s going to jail! Orton announces he is pressing charges against Triple H for last weeks assault with a deadly weapon. Triple H makes his way to the ring with a sledgehammer, security stand in front of Legacy, Triple H drops the sledgehammer and enters the ring, the security steps back to let Orton through. Triple H gets in Orton’s face, Trips says he knows that really he wants to face Trips for the WWE Title at Mania, but he’s afraid, he says Orton’s afraid because he knows deep down he doesn’t have what it takes. Trips says Orton needs to face him to avenge the past, and Orton knows exactly what he means, in Evolution, Trips watched Orton become the youngest World Champion in WWE history, Trips says he wasn’t happy for Orton’s success, because he’s not a nice person, he’s never been a nice person, so he made the decision, and took Orton out, Trips reminds Orton he was only champion for a month until Triple H “took” it from him. Trips says Orton is still the little boy who carried his bags around, Orton is getting aggravated by this point. Orton’s attorney steps in and tells Trips Orton has no further comments bat this time, he says Triple H can now either hand himself in to the authorities, or security will remove him from the ring, Trips doesn’t take his eyes off Orton, security start to remove Triple H, Orton tells them to stop, he says he’s changed his mind, he is going to challenge Triple H for the WWE Championship at Mania! On one condition, Trips cannot put his hands on Orton until Mania, unless he’s physically provoked. If Trips breaks this condition, the match will be off, Orton will press charges and Trips will watch WrestleMania through bars. Trips says he accepts! Hunter leaves the ring and walks up the ramp, Orton says it felt good kicking the old man in the head, it felt better kicking Shane in the head, but nothing compared to how it felt when he delivered the RKO to Stephanie, Orton comments he can still smell her fragrance and feel her soft skin now. Triple H is irate and charges back in the ring and stands with Orton nose to nose. Triple H simply says, the last time they were in a ring together, he broke Orton’s collarbone, that was just business, this is personal, at WrestleMania, he’s gonna break Orton’s neck! Both men are infuriated as the section ends.
