Tonight on Raw, Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase will face off against Unified WWE Tag Team Champions Carlito & Primo. If The Legacy is victorious, they’ll have earned themselves a future title opportunity against the Colons.

Here’s some more Marine 2 news for you guys!

For many, Ted DiBiase’s role in the Marine 2 came out of left field, but in the latest WWE magazine Randy Orton revealed that he was first tipped for the role, but couldn’t film because he injured his collar bone. It seems DiBiase was a last minute replacement.

It all starts here, now we have an official trailer for The Marine 2 starring Ted DiBiase, no release date is yet know, even in the video it’s announced as “Coming Soon”, one thing we do know is that it’s a straight to DVD film. Check out the video as it’ll get you totally excited for the release of the DVD, i’m already counting down the days till we find out our next bit of information about the film! With a flip of a coin, either Rhodes or DiBiase was to “win” the opportunity to face Batista in the cage. Being the “lucky” one, Cody ended up getting brutalized by The Animal, resulting in a loss on Raw.

After the general WWE intro, the show started cold in the arena with a steel cage looming. Inside were WWE champion Randy Orton, Ted DiBiase, Jr., and Cody Rhodes. Orton held his WWE Title belt high in the air before beginning his promo about defending his title against Batista in a cage at Extreme Rules on Sunday. He said he can do whatever he wants to do on Sunday against Batista – throw him into the cage, rake his forehead against the cage, etc.

Orton said Vickie Guerrero allowed him to book a cage match for Batista. He pulled out a coin. Heads is Rhodes. Tails is DiBiase. Winner gets Batista tonight. Orton flipped, but the camera didn’t zoom in tight. Orton simply walked over to Cody and told him congratulations. Night off? Orton told Cody what to do. Cody said he knows exactly what to do. Cage matches are in his blood and he has no problem giving Big Dave a preview of this Sunday. Orton gave his own preview: him walking out of the cage door and still WWE champion.

Tonight, The Animal Batista will enter the steel cage against either Cody Rhodes or Ted DiBiase as chosen by a flip of the coin by their mentor, WWE Champion Randy Orton. Also, MVP will defend the U.S. Title against Kofi Kingston.
