Randy Orton vs. John Cena — 60-minute Iron Man match anything goes for the WWE Championship
Cena then made a cover and scored the pin for another fall at 19:40.

During the 30-second pause, Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes stormed the ring to beat up on Cena. Apparently DiBiase is on Orton’s side tonight…thus far. DiBiase gave Cena the Dream Street finisher. They put Orton on top of Cena and Orton scored a pin at 20:55.

After the fall, Kofi Kingston stormed the ring with chair in hand to chase away DiBiase and Rhodes.

I was beyond ecstatic when Teddy came out with Cody to help out Randy like that. I know this is some prelude to something, but right now Legacy is still a stable :D And I’m happy :D

Personally, Ted shouldn’t do a big feud with Randy. Firstly, Legacy is still fresh and has a ton of potential. Secondly, Teddy hasn’t really done that many singles matches as of late. And thirdly, aside from Randy slapping him around to show him humility, I see no reason why he’d go against Randy (Randy hasn’t attacked his family, cost him a title, betrayed him, or even gone behind his back and set him up). I understand that his movie is out soon and thus he needs to be face, but in the long run it just won’t be able to fly without a concrete foundation. I say let him fight a few singles, slowly build his face character up and subsequently build up Cody’s heel character. Since Orton is no longer champ and can’t use his rematch clause, let him just lie in the background for a while do a few simple matches, but nothing elaborate you know. Ted needs more experience before main eventing WM, and I say just slowly turn him face, and then take his character from there.

Otherwise, I see a lot of these “he’s riding his Dad’s coattails” and “he’s only getting these matches cuz he’s Orton’s stablemate” comments coming up if he suddenly gets a title shot and a main event at WM.
