REY MYSTERIO & R-TRUTH & KANE & DREW MCINTYRE & SHAD GASPAR vs. SANTINO MARELLA & MVP & MARK HENRY & TED DIBIASE & YOSHI TATSU – Battle Royal For Three Draft Pick
After a couple minutes of stand-up brawling in the ring, they cut to a break. It came down to Kane, Santino, Rey, Henry, and DiBiase. Henry lifted Kane and tried to dump him over the top. Rey hit a 619 to save him, then Kane dumped Henry. DiBiase ducked a charging Kane, who flew to the floor. It came down to DiBiase vs. Mysterio. Lots of teases of eliminations, but DiBIase and Rey at various time held onto the top rope. In the end, Rey charged at DiBiase on the apron, but DiBiase lifted a boot and knocked Rey to the floor. Cole exclaimed that Raw won two draft picks. Lawler corrected him and said it’s really three picks. Santino re-entered the ring, having never been eliminated. He celebrated with DiBiase. DiBiase gave him Dream Street.

WINNER: Team Raw in 9:00.

ed DiBiase approached Carlito backstage. He told Carlito that his way isn’t working very well lately, so if he takes his offer, he won’t sit on the sidelines anymore. Carlito said he’d rather sit on the sidelines than take his offer. “That’s not cool,” he said. What were the terms of DiBIase’s deal, anyway. Truth walked into the room. DiBiase smiled and made him a proposition. He said he’s been looking for someone to look after him and carry his bags. Truth said he wants himself a Virgil. “Your daddy had a Virgil, and now you want a Virgil.” DiBiase said he’s nothing like his father. He told Truth they’d have a different relationship. DiBIase said he’d tell him what to do, and then he’d do it, and then he’d pay him a lot of money to do it. Truth got interested. He asked DiBiase to give him time to think about it. DiBiase said okay. Truth then slapped him. It was well timed and pretty funny.

All the money in the world couldn’t help Ted DiBiase get back to the United States after this week’s volcano.

More money, no problems … Ted DiBiase, the fortunate son of WWE Hall of Famer The Million Dollar Man, picked up another big win this week on “WWE Superstars” by pinning MVP cleanly.

Ted DiBiase came out for the main event sporting the Million Dollar Title belt. Cole emphasized DiBiase being a “Fortunate Son,” which continues to point to the imminent inclusions of the “Fortunate Sons” in FCW, Joe Hennig and Brett DiBiase. Cut to break with the main event up next.

Back from break, DiBiase was shown looking down on the crowd. They cut to a video from last week’s Raw when DiBiase introduced himself as the “Fortunate Son” and reintroduced the Million Dollar Title before defeating Christian. Back in the arena, DiBiase took the mic to cut a promo. DiBiase said he’s not trying to act like his faaaather. He said the only two things his father gave him were a last name and a trust fund. He added, “Oh yeah, and his Million Dollar Title.” DiBiase knocked the lower-income fans in attendance and said when he turned 18, he saw a Porsche commercial and bought a Porsche…with cash. I’m just not buying this spoiled rich kid bit at all.

MVP’s music interrupted and MVP walked out on stage with mic in hand. MVP said he worked very hard to get where he’s at, so he can safely say no one gives a damn about DiBiase’s money. MVP said all the money in the trust fund won’t prevent him from punching DiBiase in the mouth either. He said that’s unless his daddy comes and fights for him. MVP then came to the ring and Cole and Lawler debated money issues.
