In-ring: Justin Roberts did the hard sell for Rob Zombie before bringing out tonight’s guest host. Zombie said he is here for one reason: for sick and twisted things that happen in this ring. Zombie plugged the MITB ladder match and said he here is tonight to announce the eight participants in the match. Zombie read the names off the Titantron: (1) Randy Orton. (2) The Miz. (3) R-Truth. (4) Chris Jericho. (5) Evan Bourne. (6) Ted DiBiase. (7) John Morrison. (8) Edge. Zombie was enthusiastic for everyone before stopping at Edge’s name.

Ted DiBiase then walked out next with Maryse. Maryse gave him a kiss on the cheek, then DiBiase walked to the ring on his own.

CHRIS JERICHO & EDGE & U.S. champion THE MIZ & TED DIBIASE vs. RANDY ORTON & JOHN MORRISON & R-TRUTH & EVAN BOURNE — eight-man tag match

The bell sounded back from break and the match was off with DiBiase and Morrison paired off against each other. Truth tagged in, landed a slap, and dumped DiBiase clean over the top rope to the floor. Bourne followed with a running kick strike off the ring apron that took DiBiase to the floor again. Back in the ring, Bourne went to work on DiBiase with more kick strikes. Miz made his way into the ring and battled with Bourne, who landed a double-foot smash to the jaw followed by a corner strike for a two count. Cole put over Bourne’s potential creativity in the MTIB match at the PPV. Meanwhile, the crowd chanted for Orton, who remained on the ring apron.

Well, as you can see we finally, yes FINALLY have a brand new look on S-P.com! It’s been long overdue and I was hoping to get this up for the site’s 2 year anniversary last month but, things happen . In addition to the new site layout I’ve also put up a gorgeous new gallery layout, once again long overdue but hopefully well worth the wait. I’ve also did a little bit of revamping of the pages so, you know the drill. Leave some comments and let me know what you think!

For once, Ted DiBiase used his money wisely, firing Virgil as his assistant and hiring the stunning and vicious Maryse. Keep a close eye on this new partnership.

Virgil was staring into space in the locker room. Ted DiBiase walked in and apologized for embarrassing him last week. He said Virgil’s services are no longer needed, though. Virgil sold being dumbfounded, then Maryse walked in as DiBiase’s new valet. Apparently they figured DiBiase can’t get over on his own with his gimmick. Virgil asked DiBiase what he’s going to do for protection. In a joke you could see a mile away, DiBiase said he’ll go to the drug store. DiBiase told Virgil he’s fired, so Virgil walked off and Maryse stared longingly toward DiBiase.
John Morrison came out with his NXT Rookie, Eli Cottonwood. Eli in slow-motion cam…less disturbing. Ted DiBiase came out with Maryse and paused on the stage. He said he has better things to do tonight, so he has a suitable replacement against Morrison. Out came Zack Ryder, who was with Titus O’Neil. Ryder gave the “call me” hand signal to Maryse on the way to the ring.

WWE’s “Fortunate Son” had another disappointing loss on Monday night. This time it was to the team of Big Show & “Royal Pains” star Mark Feuerstein.
